All’analisi visuale si nota limpido e intenso come di solito un distillato è. inoltre i raggi di luce si rispecchiano nel brandy greco.

All’analisi olfattiva è un distillato molto aperto e accessibile al naso; i sentori si fanno captare e scrutare così bene che quasi lo potremo scambiare per un vino liquoroso. La sensazione dell’alcol è una sensazione dolce.   I profumi che formano il bouquet olfattivo sono tutti limpidi, netti e puliti. Trovandosi nella necessità di descrivere le sensazioni olfattive è facile identificare il miele, l’erba, il legno, la vaniglia, la lavanda, il sapone, il tè, la noce, la mandorla e i fiori bianchi.

All’analisi gustativa e retro-olfattiva è un distillato che dimostra la sua pulizia confermandosi come un distillato di qualità. L’equilibrio che si forma tra la sensazione di calore dovuta alla percentuale alcolica del distillato e le nuvole di aroma in chiususra è totalmente armonica. Una volta entrato in contatto con il palato, il distillato si apre notevolmente, come di consueto deve fare un buon prodotto come questo,  e le sensazioni retro-olfattive si collocano sulla stessa sintonia di quello che si era percepito al naso (miele, erba, lavanda).

OPINIONE PERSONALE: un distillato che si vuol far amico e guadagnare la fiducia del degustatore già al primo naso visto che si presta bene a una grande estrazione di profumi. A proposito della rispondenza al tipo lo trovo perfettamente corrispondente alla tipologia dato un brandy non deve mai essere tanto pungente al palato se vuole essere un brandy ricordato. In questo brandy greco riscontro un’eleganza veramente significativa; la sua persistenza è di 23 secondi. La chiusura è morbida come se l’alcol avesse perso un po’ di forza a favore dell’aroma o addirittura come se il brandy fosse stato aromatizzato o gli fosse stato conferito più del 2% di apporto di zuccheri (% limite in Italia, ma questo è un distillato greco). Un interrogativo che lascia questa possibilità aperta. L’abbinamento va certamente verso il cioccolato al latte oppure verso un cioccolato fondente a bassa percentuale di cacao.

En el análisis olfativa es un destilado muy abierto y accesible a la nariz ; los olores se hacen captar y escrutar tan bien que casi lo podríamos confundir con un vino licoroso. La sensación del alcohol es una sensación dulce. Los perfumes que componen el bouquet olfativo son todos claros, netos y limpios. Hallándose en la necesidad de describir las sensaciones olfativas es fácil identificar, la miel, yerba, la madera, la vanilla, la lavanda, el jabón, el té, la nuez, la almendra y las flores blancas. .

En el análisis gustativo y retro-olfativo es un destilado que demuestra su limpieza confirmándose como un destilado de calidad. El equilibrio, que se forma entre la sensación de calor debida al porcentaje alcohólico del destilado y las nubes de aroma en el cierre, es totalmente armónica. Una vez entrado en contacto con el paladar, el destilado se abre notablemente, como suele hacer un buen producto como éste,  y las sensaciones retro-olfativas se colocan en la misma sintonía de lo que se había percebido a la nariz (miel, yerba, lavanda).

OPINIÓN PERSONAL: un destilado  que quiere ser amigable y conquistar la confianza del degustador ya a la primera nariz visto que se presta bien a una grande extracción de perfumes. Con respecto a la correspondencia al tipo, lo encuentro perfectamente correspondiente a la tipología dado que un brandy no debe ser jamás tan punzante al paladar si quiere ser un brandy recordado. En este brandy grieco encuentro una elegancia verdaderamente significativa; su persistencia es de 23 segundos.  El cierre es suave como si el alcohol hubiera perdido un poco de fuerza a favor del aroma o incluso le hubieran otorgado más del 2% de azúcar (% máxima en Italia, pero éste es un destilado grieco). Un interrogante que deja esta posibilidad abierta. El maridaje seguramente va hacia el chocolate dulce o bien hacia un chocolate amargo con bajo porcentaje de cacao.

At the visual analysis, it demonstrates to be limpid and intense as usual for a spirit. What’s more, the rays of the light reflex on the Greek brandy. .

At the olfactory analysis, it is well opened and accessible to the nose; the scents are  so easily defined that it is possible to confuse the spirit with a liquor wine. The alcoholic sensation is a sweet sensation. The perfumes, which compose the olfactory bouquet, are all clear, neat and limpid. In order to give the description of the olfactory sensations, it is easy to identify, the honey, the grass, the wood, the vanilla, the lavender, the soap, the tea, the nut, the almond and the white flowers.

At the gustative and retro-olfactory analysis, the spirit demonstrates its clearness confirming its quality. The balance, formed between the heating sensation justified for the alcoholic percentage of the spirit and the clouds of aroma in the final, is totally harmonic. In the moment of establishing the contact with the palate, it opens much more, as usual for a good product like this,  and the retro-olfactory sensations correspond totally to what we have perceived at the nose (honey, grass, lavender).

MY PERSONAL OPINION: a  spirit which becomes friendly to gain the confidence of the taster at the first nose because it is full of perfumes. As concerns the typology conformity, I find it in perfectly correspondence to its typology due to the fact that a brandy should be never so pungent if it wants to remain in your memory. In this Greek brandy, I find a significative elegance; its persistence is about 23 seconds. The final is soft as the alcohol had lost its power in favour of the scent or even they had provided more than 2% of sugar (maximum % in Italy, but this one is a Greek spirit), a question with an open-ending. Surely, the matching is something tied to sweet chocolate or better dark chocolate with a slow percentage of cacao.
